As our product velocity accelerates, we are looking for a Project Manager who can bring structure, alignment, and momentum to highly complex, high-stakes initiatives.
We are seeking a Project Manager to work hand-in-hand with the GM of NavanGo to orchestrate cross-functional execution, keep teams aligned on aggressive timelines, and ensure we deliver critical features, platform capabilities, and business outcomes on schedule. In this role, you will be the connective tissue across product, engineering, AI/LLM teams, design, growth, GTM, operations, and leadership—driving clarity, communication, and accountability at
every step.
This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role where you will serve as both the planner and the integrator—anticipating risks, removing blockers, and making sure all parties stay focused, informed, and moving forward together
What You’ll Do:
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment & Execution
● Partner closely with the GM to define goals, priorities, and timelines for mission-critical initiatives.
● Translate strategic direction into actionable, coordinated workstreams across product, engineering, AI/LLM, design, GTM, and operations.
Orchestrate Schedules, Milestones & Dependencies
● Build detailed, realistic project plans that reflect cross-team dependencies and resource
needs.
● Maintain a unified, always-up-to-date view of progress, risks, and changes—keeping
everyone on track and accountable.
● Consolidate complex information into clear, concise progress reports for stakeholders at all levels.
Identify Roadblocks & Clear Them Quickly
● Proactively spot gaps, conflicts, and risks across teams—and resolve them before they impact timelines.
● Bring structure to ambiguous situations, ensuring the right decisions are made at the right time.
Enable Fast, Coordinated Decision-Making
● Ensure the GM and leadership team have the information needed to make timely, effective decisions.
● Facilitate alignment across differing priorities, technical constraints, and business needs.
Improve the Way Teams Work Together
● Optimize processes, tools, and communication flows to increase execution velocity.
● Establish best practices for cross-functional planning, prioritization, and tracking.

● Ability to navigate and influence across teams, ensuring alignment even when priorities differ.
● Familiarity with engineering, AI/ML, and product development processes is a strong advantage.
● A bias for action, accountability, and follow-through.
