The Role
As a QA Automation Lead Engineer, you will define, implement and oversee the automation testing strategy and execution, ensuring that our software products meet the highest quality standards. You will lead a team of automation testers, work closely with product managers and developers, and drive the adoption of best practices in automation testing.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define test requirements.
Ensure the quality and reliability of software releases through rigorous testing.
Mentor and guide junior automation engineers in best practices.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks and tools.
Report on test progress, defects, and overall quality of the product.
Continuously drive improvements in the automation testing process.
Qualifications
Proven experience in QA automation, including leadership roles
Proven experience with automation frameworks covering functional, integration, load and distributed system testing
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
Gaming industry experience a big plus
Skills
Selenium, Playwright or similar
