5. Basicknowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, orperform small adjustments on an image. 

6.  Familiarity with tools suchas as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus

7. Proficientunderstanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to workaround them.

8. Proficientin web markup, including HTML5, CSS3,Java Script,jquery,bootstrapand other CSS Framework,Responsive
