You’re an expert in Android development (Kotlin) with deep experience in scaling apps and teams.

You have strong opinions about architecture, modularization, testing, security, and CI/CD — and you know how to challenge the status quo with respect and vision.

🔧 As a Staff Android Engineer in the Financial Services domain, you’ll be expected to:

Own and evolve the mobile architecture across several product lines (Wallet, Payments, Billing).

Define engineering standards for performance, testing, modularity, and maintainability across squads.

Design and scale clean, testable, and secure systems, aligned with long-term product vision.

Lead technical discovery and decision-making, balancing trade-offs with clarity.

Drive adoption of Jetpack Compose, modular architecture.

Build with a strong focus on security, performance, accessibility, and resilience.

Guide CI/CD and release strategy to support quality at speed.
