Staff Backend Engineer
We’re looking for a Staff Backend Engineer to help expand and enhance our AdTech platform. If you’re passionate about building scalable, high-performance systems and enjoy leading technical initiatives across teams to serve millions of users, we’d love to hear from you.

Messaging & Queues: RabbitMQ, Google Pub/Sub
DevOps & CI/CD: Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD
Monitoring: Datadog
What You’ll Do 🎯
Build clean, efficient, and scalable backend systems in TypeScript and NestJS.
Own projects end-to-end: deliver, maintain, and continuously improve critical services.
Integrate external services and enable data-driven features for experimentation and A/B testing.
Lead technical discussions, contribute to architectural decisions, and set engineering standards.
Collaborate across engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
What You’ll Bring 💡
Strong experience in backend web development and scalable systems.
Hands-on experience with most of our tech stack in production.

Strong English communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
