Your day-to-day:
Own the technical vision and drive the architectural design and execution necessary to ensure system excellence across our two core, high-revenue-generating product teams.Lead and conduct POCs and propose architectural solutions for new initiatives.Identify and realize technical synergies between the two core product teams.Conduct high-level technical challenges and rigorous architecture/code reviews to maintain a high bar for quality and scalability.Focus on architecture and hand-on work to resolve complex technical challenges in high-load systems.Act as a key technical mentor, growing the capabilities of Senior Engineers and driving a culture of continuous improvement.Develop project descriptions and define the underlying architecture for strategic initiatives.Ensure high standards and compliance to risk, security, and legal requirements.
Your skills & experience:
Strong experience with large-scale, high-load systems and complex networking challenges.Professional coding experience, ideally with proficiency in Go.Experience working with high-throughput message processing systems like Kafka.Expertise in defining, reviewing, and implementing complex software architecture.Demonstrated ability to challenge existing technical solutions and propose strategic alternatives for efficiency and performance.Experience in identifying and proposing common, reusable components across product lines.
Salary:
Gross salary: from 6600 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
