Staff Engineer (ReactJS)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience : 6+ Years
• Should have strong experience in React (Expert) and TypeScript JavaScript ES6 and NextJS,
• Should have strong experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery, webpack, and service pack.
• Strong experience with state management.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes environments.
• Understanding of containers (Docker) and cloud-native application patterns.
• Experience with REST APIs and/or GraphQL integrations.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
• Experience with tools such as React-Router, React-Query, and familiarity with isomorphic React (a plus).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms like OAuth 2.0 and SSO.
• Proficiency with front-end tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
• Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools, including GitHub Actions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them into technical design which elegantly meets the requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure high standards of code quality.
• Knowledge of design patterns and technical solutioning.
• Passionate about building great solutions
• Mentoring the team members to meet the client's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues as needed.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help evolve the system design.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve development efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
