- You will have continuous exposure to senior leaders within the PXE organization.
- Own technical transformations: Take ownership of the technical solutions required to support large transformation initiatives within PXE. Initially, you will focus on implementing a new portfolio management, product planning, and roadmap tool to enhance our product development lifecycle.
- Technical design and strategy: Create the architectural blueprint for new or evolving systems, outlining the solution’s capabilities and structure to meet immediate and long-term goals. This includes accounting for non-functional requirements like security and scalability.
- Process Design: Design end-to-end processes that leverage out-of-the-box best practices aligned with the specific needs of Qualtrics to achieve critical business outcomes. Ensure processes are designed to fully utilize AI capabilities for maximum efficiency.
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their goals and translate them into detailed technical requirements for implementation.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including diagrams and specifications, to guide implementation teams.
- Project Oversight: Oversee implementation teams to ensure the design is fully delivered. Identify and manage risks, ensuring all milestones are completed on time and on budget.
- Manage & communicate with stakeholders: Secure buy-in and maintain strong relationships with impacted stakeholders at all levels. Communicate complex concepts in a clear and simple manner.
- Act as an internal consultant: Provide structured thinking and an objective perspective on various business topics to different departments.
- Training and enablement: Train employees on new tools, systems, and processes as needed.
- Stay informed on industry trends: Keep abreast of best practices for strategic portfolio management, product planning, and other key areas to inform future designs.
- Foster a learning culture: Promote continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, information systems, or related field AND 10+ years of work experience.
- 5+ years working in a Product, Tech and/or Engineering organization.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting digital end-user SaaS and/or shared platform solutions. Direct experience with Aha!, Jira, ServiceNow, Salesforce and other strategic portfolio management and product management implementations, is a plus.
- Track record of managing business transformations leveraging technology solutions to streamline processes and increase visibility across a business.
- Track record of managing complex business programs, including implementing organization-wide improvements and optimization.
- Experience in effectively engaging, consulting, and informing stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
- Demonstrate results-based impact of previous transformation programs.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered within this range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer.
