Staff Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for test planning, monitoring, and execution
• Reviews and analyzes the requirements, report any ambiguities found, and creates requirements traceability matrix
• Designs, reviews, and executes test cases
• Reports and follows up on issues and bugs to improve the quality of customer deliverables.
• Analyzes and tracks bug counts, closure rate, and rejection rate
• Ensures conformance to the processes within the projects
• Leads team members in projects and is responsible for mentoring and coaching newcomers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in the Quality Control Field
• At least 2 years of experience in developing & maintaining test automation for different test levels (System, Integration)
• Very good knowledge of Java and OOP concepts
• Experience in Manual & Automation mobile testing using Appium
• Worked with Agile /Scrum methodologies
• Familiar with CI/CD tools and process
