About the role

We're hiring Staff and Senior Software Engineers to take full ownership of the design, architecture, and development of our application, driving technical execution and shaping the product to meet evolving needs. You’ll build, refine, and scale a high-performance, intuitive, and reliable application, ensuring seamless interactions between data, workflows, and users.

Please Note: This is a Hybrid role based in New York, NY.

What You’ll Do

• Make key decisions that impact the architecture, scalability, and maintainability of the product.

• Build, optimize, and refine the application, ensuring seamless user interactions, efficient data handling, and smooth system integrations.

• Navigate complex workflows, including connectivity with communication platforms, purchase orders, and third-party integrations.

• Improve system performance and reliability, balancing speed with long-term scalability.

• Work across the entire codebase, adapting quickly to solve challenges wherever needed.

• Move fast and iterate, ensuring rapid development cycles without sacrificing quality.

• Can make informed trade-offs between speed and quality while delivering meaningful impact.
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an autonomous, resourceful engineer building and scaling real-world applications.

• Deep expertise in modern development frameworks, including React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Python (Django) or Node.js.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Bonus Points For:

• Startup experience - either as a founding engineer or an early team member at a high-growth company.

• Experience designing highly scalable and distributed systems.

• Prior work with AI workflows, automation, or intelligent data processing.

• Experience with B2B SaaS workflow tools and complex business processes.
