Staff Software Engineer (Fullstack)

1. Lead technical direction and design scalable, high-performance systems
2. Mentor and coach senior engineers, fostering growth and collaboration
3. Conduct code reviews and drive best practices across teams
4. Solve complex engineering problems and make data-driven decisions
5. Own key systems, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance
6. Lead efforts during production incidents to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features
8. Passionate to conduct RnD with latest technology in Informatics Engineering
9. Create a Design System and Implement simple Proof of Concept
10. Able to finish everything that started from RnD / submission of Design System to McEasy Infrastructure

Qualifications

1. Min. High School/Vocational High School
2. Having min. 5 years of experience in software engineering
3. Experience with Python, TypeScript, or Golang
4. Experience in relational databases (SQL) and designing efficient schemas
5. Advanced skills in Git, version control, and conflict resolution.
6. Strong understanding of OOP principles and design patterns
7. Proven experience building and maintaining scalable APIs
8. Posses leadership in mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
