Staff Software Engineer, Growth (Spain)

• Drive measurable Business and User outcomes by delivering experiments and features
• Identify, design, build and launch experiments across the growth funnel — from onboarding to engagement mechanics to monetization opportunities.
• Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests to optimize user flows and maximize key KPIs.
• Move fast, iterate often, and always tie your work back to impact.
