Primary Duties

  • Oversee sales performance indicators, generate analytical reports, and deliver progress briefings to executive management
  • Guide, coach, and oversee business development specialists to accomplish personal and collective revenue objectives
  • Preserve and enhance partnerships with current accounts to guarantee elevated satisfaction levels and continued engagement
  • Create and execute revenue-generation strategies to broaden the customer portfolio and capture greater market presence throughout the Dallas area
  • Facilitate regular performance assessments and offer guidance to staff members
  • Pursue fresh business prospects via professional networking, outbound prospecting, and partnership cultivation with prospective accounts
  • Serve as company ambassador at professional gatherings, industry conferences, and business networking occasions
  • Partner with the talent acquisition division to guarantee customer requirements are fulfilled with suitable candidates

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in business development roles, including at least 2 years managing or directing teams
  • Expertise in utilizing CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
  • Documented history of achieving or surpassing revenue objectives and generating business expansion
  • Verified background within the workforce solutions, talent acquisition, or staffing services sector

  • Current driver's license with willingness to conduct local travel when required

Benefits
