Responsibilities

Identify and engage key stakeholders throughout the various stages of project development.
Develop and execute effective stakeholder engagement plans tailored to meet project objectives.
Facilitate ongoing communication between stakeholders and project teams through meetings, reports, and feedback sessions.
Analyze stakeholder feedback and input, utilizing insights to inform project improvements and enhance overall satisfaction.

Requirements

15 years of experience in stakeholder management, community engagement, or public relations, ideally within the construction or engineering sectors.
Demonstrable ability to create and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in facilitating discussions and negotiations.
Ability to analyze information and feedback to derive actionable insights.
Highly organized with the versatility to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Preferably Saudi National
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
