Stakeholder Manager - (EOI)
JASARA PMC is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for a Stakeholder Manager - Rail to support our rail projects department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with diverse stakeholders involved in rail infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in developing engagement strategies that ensure stakeholder needs are met and integrated into project planning and execution. This position is critical to ensuring that our rail initiatives align with community expectations and regulatory requirements while upholding JASARA PMC’s commitment to excellence in project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with stakeholders related to rail projects, including governmental entities, local communities, and transportation authorities.
- Develop and implement robust stakeholder engagement plans and strategies tailored to the rail sector.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and project teams to ensure clarity and alignment throughout all project phases.
- Organize and lead stakeholder meetings, consultations, and workshops to solicit feedback and share project information.
- Address any stakeholder concerns or issues promptly to foster strong relationships and minimize risks.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to incorporate stakeholder insights into project designs and plans.
- Monitor stakeholder sentiment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle, adjusting engagement strategies as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in stakeholder management, particularly 10 years within the rail industry or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge of stakeholder engagement practices and regulatory environments pertinent to rail projects.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
