About the role
We're looking for an elite Strategic seller to anchor our Strategic Sales segment. You should have a proven track record of navigating complex, six-and-seven-figure SAAS deals. The best candidates possess a distinct point of view that challenges the status quo, take a business-value approach to solution selling, map complex buying committees, and excel when selling digital transformation to C-level executives anchored in revenue impact. This position will report to the EVP, Strategic Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive net-new revenue in a named list of Strategic Accounts by building financial business cases that align with the prospects’ strategic goals.
- Orchestrate the entire sales lifecycle using rigorous qualification frameworks to assess deal health and forecast with high accuracy.
- Proactively shape requirements with stakeholders to win deals before the RFP is issued, or determine when to walk away.
- Act as the "Captain" of the internal account team, leveraging Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Product, Legal, and Executive leadership to move deals forward.
- Lead onsite discovery workshops and executive briefings, moving beyond "feature demos" to "solution visioning.”
- Selling to VP & C-Suite executives and multi-threading from the Economic Buyer, Technical Validator, and Champions.
- Partner deeply with Marketing to execute Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for penetrating target accounts.
- Consistently achieving ARR targets while maintaining high data integrity in CRM.
Skills & Qualifications
- 7-10 years experience in B2B/Enterprise tech sales, Experience selling to the Non-Profit sector is a plus, but mastery of complex SaaS sales cycles is required.
- Proven track record of closing deals >$250k ARR.
- Demonstrated mastery of structured strategic sales frameworks and qualification criteria (e.g., verifying budget, authority, and decision timelines).
- History of Top 10% performance (President’s Club, etc.) in previous roles.
- High "EQ" and adaptability to navigate the ambiguity of a high-growth environment.
- Patience and persistence to manage 9+ month sales cycles while keeping momentum.
- Ability to develop and execute account plans, spanning multiple stakeholders across complex organizations
- Ability to write clear, compelling executive memos and business cases (strong written communication is essential).
- Executive Presence: The ability to command a room of C-Suite leaders.
- Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving procurement, legal and security teams
