In this role, you will play a crucial part in the growth of our platform in the fintech sector, particularly in the rapidly evolving blockchain space. Accountabilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts to drive engagement and retention.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, aligning their goals with our platform capabilities.
  • Qualify and manage inbound sales inquiries, strategically upselling and guiding clients through the buyer journey.
  • Coordinate across internal teams to ensure client needs are met and initiatives are delivered efficiently.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients and internal teams in English and Spanish.
  • Continuously assess and refine internal workflows to improve customer engagement and sales operations.
  • Monitor industry trends and evolving client needs to inform account strategies.
  • Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in fintech or crypto, with hands-on exposure to blockchain technologies.
  • Proven ability to manage and align diverse stakeholders across technical, legal, and business domains.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and make sound decisions in high-stakes situations.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit balanced with professionalism and strategic thinking.
  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced, evolving environments and managing ambiguity.
  • Technologically fluent and quick to pick up new tools and systems.
  • Committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Salary: €60,000 - €90,000 per year (full-time contract, commissions excluded).
  • Bonus: €20,000 - €40,000 per year upon target completion.
