This role is pivotal in developing and expanding long-term partnerships with key enterprise customers in the DACH region. You will focus on strategic alignment and value creation rather than just quarterly sales, influencing decision-makers and fostering trust across organizations. The successful candidate will possess a blend of sales expertise and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, driving meaningful outcomes for both the organization and its clients.

Accountabilities

  • Lead strategic account planning and multi-year execution for assigned enterprise customers in DACH.
  • Establish and grow trusted relationships with executive stakeholders across business, engineering, and IT.
  • Drive alignment across sales, customer success, engineering, legal, and partner teams for high-impact engagement.
  • Expand the company's footprint by aligning customer needs with platform-driven outcomes.
  • Champion the roadmap in customer conversations, ensuring the company is considered mission-critical.
  • Own long-term executive engagement and governance strategies.
  • Develop insights into customer business strategies to guide internal teams.
  • Translate customer context into actionable narratives.
  • Act as a thought leader, linking company value to measurable business outcomes.
  • Support pipeline development and drive co-sell strategies with partners.
  • Requirements

  • 9+ years in enterprise technology sales, technical consulting, or account strategy, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience managing strategic enterprise customers in the DACH region.
  • Track record of managing seven-figure deal volumes with complex buying centers.
  • Experience in direct sales and partner-led engagements.
  • Strong executive presence and excellent stakeholder communication skills.
  • Business fluency in German and English.
