Hire Digital is looking for a Strategic Events & Field Marketing Manager to own and scale high-impact B2B events and activations across Singapore and Southeast Asia. This role sits within Marketing and partners closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Growth to use events as a core driver of pipeline, partnerships, and brand impact.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the strategy and execution of B2B events and activations (industry events, roundtables, customer and partner programs).
  • Lead end-to-end delivery across planning, logistics, production, on-site execution, and post-event reporting.
  • Partner with Sales and Growth to align events with go-to-market and pipeline objectives.
  • Ensure each event delivers a consistent, high-quality brand and customer experience.
  • Drive registrations, engagement, and measurable pipeline impact from events.
  • Track performance, ROI, and insights to continuously improve programs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4–8 years’ experience in events, field marketing, or integrated marketing in tech, fintech, or high-growth environments.
  • Proven delivery of B2B events such as roundtables, launches, forums, and partner programs.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and execution skills.
  • Comfortable using data and metrics to evaluate event and pipeline performance.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments.
