We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Associate.

This is an exciting opportunity to significantly contribute to our engagement with the financial community, specifically within the fast-paced Web3 space. Y

ou will play a crucial supporting role in our capital formation efforts, assisting in investor outreach, relationship management, and the preparation of key financial materials.

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, growth-oriented professional with a strong understanding of the crypto landscape, robust analytical skills, and a clear desire to build a career in investor relations.

Responsibilities

Investor Outreach & Support: Actively assist in developing and executing our investor relations strategy. Help identify, research, and qualify potential institutional investors in the Web3/crypto space.

Relationship Building: Support the cultivation and maintenance of relationships with current and prospective investors by assisting with communications, scheduling, and follow-up.

Material Preparation: Help develop and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and compelling investor-facing presentations; and assist in preparing investment memorandums, pitch decks, data room documentation, and other due diligence materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis, synthesising insights to support effective positioning of ICN within the broader ecosystem.

Communication & Reporting: Support the articulation of ICN's story, strategy, and financial updates to the investment community. Assist with investor communications and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.

Qualities for Success

Experience & Drive: You have 2+ years of experience in a finance role (e.g., financial analysis, corporate finance, junior investment banking, or a related field) where you've demonstrated strong analytical and research skills. You also possess a strong desire to build a world-class network within the Web3 and crypto investment community.

Financial Acumen: Strong foundational financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills. You're comfortable with data and eager to build financial materials from scratch, showing attention to detail.

Web3 Native or Enthusiastic: A strong interest in and growing understanding of the cryptocurrency and Web3 ecosystem, including key market trends, protocols, and investment theses.

Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a clear and concise style, capable of contributing to compelling narratives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You are currently in an analytical or support role within finance, seeking to transition into the fast-paced and innovative Web3 investor relations landscape.

You are a highly organised self-starter, comfortable working remotely, and ready to contribute meaningfully in a high-growth startup environment.
