Your Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Strategy & Business Intelligence Associate to drive strategic decision-making in our Fleet department. Play a key role in building up FINN’s new business venture, Remarketing-as-a-Service (RaaS), which facilitates the sale of third-party used cars from partners such as OEMs and leasing banks.   • Your Responsibilities

  • Own key steering processes: Take ownership of critical steering processes and apply strong numerical and analytical skills to track performance, identify trends, and drive improvements. Contribute your fresh ideas to optimize our setup and help build the best version of FINN, ensuring smooth and effective operations.
  • Develop a new business unit: Support the build-up of our new RaaS offering by contributing to the development and execution of our go-to-market strategy and actively supporting individual business development initiatives. Bring your creativity and problem-solving skills to help design innovative solutions and shape the future of this business area.
  • Work at the intersection of Business, Data and Tech: Work with business leaders, product managers, data analysts and engineers to align tech initiatives with business goals and turn insights into action.
  • Your Profile

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business analytics, economics, business, industrial engineering, or a related field at a top university and have a strong academic track record.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and hands-on with a strong eagerness to learn.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, paired with a highly analytical mindset, and bias for action.
  • A high level of comfort working with numbers and translating analysis into actionable business insights. 
  • You’re comfortable working with spreadsheets. Experience with BI Tools and SQL is a plus.
  • Previous experience in startups or other fast-paced environments like consulting. No full-time experience expected.
  • Fluent in German (C1-2) and English (C1-2).
