What you’d be doing 

This summer, you could join us as a Service Desk Specialist (Summer Trainee) in our Care Suite unit. You’ll become part of a friendly, supportive Customer Support team that helps our customers get the most out of our healthcare software. You don’t need to know everything from day one — what matters most is your curiosity, willingness to learn, and interest in problem-solving.  

This role could be perfect for you if you 

• Are eager to learn and grow your technical skills 

• Speak and write Finnish and English fluently 

• Enjoy working with people and solving problems 

• Have a proactive, can-do attitude 

• Have some understanding of SQL 

• Are curious about the healthcare sector (bonus points!)
