About the Company

Summit Plastic Surgery and Dermatology in Wilmington, NC has been delighting patients for years. This is the practice of Drs. Edward Ricciardelli, Roger Sica, and Lydia Shedlofsky. 

The practice is offering a $400,000 signing bonus to a dermatologist partner physician. We are offering this incentive because the office is a majority general dermatology office (every other physician is a dermatologist) and we are replacing a plastic surgeon partner with a dermatologist replacement. 

The practice is a full-service general dermatology, surgical, and cosmetics practice. You will be working alongside 2 dermatologists, 1 plastic surgeon, and 6 advanced practice providers. You will be supported by an experienced administrative and clinical team that scribe and perform clinical administrative tasks freeing you to focus on patients
