We are hiring a Support Engineer to strengthen a technical support team responsible for guiding customers through system issues, troubleshooting complex situations, and ensuring smooth operation of installed solutions.
You will handle client inquiries, provide expert technical assistance, and collaborate closely with internal engineering teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide first-line and second-line technical support via phone, email, and remote tools.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, system, and configuration issues.
  • Document incidents, root causes, and solutions in the support system.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior engineers or development teams when required.
  • Assist customers with product configuration, system understanding, and correct usage.
  • Perform preventive support, follow up on recurring issues, and contribute to process improvement.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when managing support requests.
  • Coordinate closely with product and engineering teams to communicate technical findings and product feedback.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Technical background through education or equivalent experience (IT, electronics, electromechanics, or similar).
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support, field service, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to structure information, document solutions, and communicate clearly with customers.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools, support platforms, and remote assistance tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and French (both required).
  • Solid understanding of technical systems and the ability to translate technical details into practical guidance for users.
  • Customer-oriented mindset, patience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
