Responsibilities
- Manage incoming chat and emails.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (C1 - C2)
- Very good command of English (B2 – C1)
- Good MS Office skills.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
