Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) is mandatory. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated.
• Strong commitment to customer service and a passion for solving customer issues.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in the airline or travel industry, is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in technology and comfortable with using different customer service platforms.
