In this role, you will be the primary contact for our Swedish-speaking customers, providing them with the support they need and ensuring their experience with our services is seamless and enjoyable. Your communication skills and dedication to customer satisfaction will be key to our success.

Your Responsibilities

• Support Swedish-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information about our products and services.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for record-keeping and follow-up purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service strategies and outcomes.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated.
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Prior experience in customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach.
