• Guiding subscribers so they can enjoy their favourite content interruption-free
• Communicating with empathy, clarity and patience

Requirements

• Speak Swedish fluently
• Have solid English skills
• Are confident with basic tech/troubleshooting
• Enjoy helping people and solving problems
• Have customer service experience (optional but nice to have)
