Responsibilities

• Assist Swedish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat communications
• Provide solutions to client inquiries related to our products and services
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Work closely with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Guide customers on how to effectively use our services and products
• Collect customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Participate in ongoing training to keep up with updates and new offerings

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proactive and positive approach to customer interactions
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new culture
