As part of our customer service team, you will assist customers in Swedish, providing them with the necessary support and information related to automotive products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical support via phone, email, and live chat in Swedish.
• Provide comprehensive information about vehicle specifications, pricing, and maintenance services.
• Assist customers with booking service appointments and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure follow-up and accountability.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and ensure effective service delivery.
• Stay informed about automotive trends, company products, and promotions to offer valuable insights to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively and professionally.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer concerns.
• Aptitude for managing multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
