Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability, orders, shipping, and returns via phone, email, and chat in Swedish.
• Provide comprehensive information about promotions, product specifications, and E-commerce policies.
• Assist customers with navigating the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and address customer needs efficiently.
• Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends and platform features to enhance customer interactions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the e-commerce sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
