Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding financial products, services, and transactions via phone, email, and chat in Swedish.
• Provide accurate information on account management, payment processing, and financial solutions.
• Assist customers in resolving issues related to their accounts efficiently and effectively.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest FinTech trends and company offerings to provide knowledgeable support.
• Promote a positive customer experience by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the FinTech or financial services sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mentality.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs.
