Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with travel-related inquiries, such as booking, itinerary changes, and cancellations.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to keep up-to-date with industry trends and improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated.
• A strong passion for customer service and the travel industry.
• Prior experience in customer support is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player who enjoys helping others.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with exceptional organizational skills.
