In this role, you will engage with customers primarily through email, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency. Your expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction will be crucial in maintaining our high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to email inquiries from Swedish-speaking customers in a prompt and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively while ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to drive improvements in service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize overall customer service processes.
• Participate in training sessions to develop knowledge of products and enhance customer support skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on engaging customers effectively.
• Previous experience in customer service or email support is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Able to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required.
