As a Gaming Community Support Agent, you will interact with our Swedish-speaking players, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and promoting community engagement. Your fluency in Swedish will be crucial in ensuring our players feel heard and valued as part of the gaming community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch support to Swedish-speaking gamers through various channels, including email, chat, and forums.
• Actively monitor community interactions, responding swiftly to player questions and resolving issues effectively.
• Collect player feedback and share insights with internal teams to enhance game features and community satisfaction.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating community events that encourage player participation and interaction.
• Identify and report trends and recurring issues within the community to relevant departments.
• Stay updated on gaming industry trends and community interests to offer informed support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is essential. Include your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A genuine passion for gaming, with a solid understanding of various gaming platforms.
• Prior experience in customer service or community management is preferable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to providing user support.
• Comfortable using diverse digital communication tools and technologies.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.
