About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Swift/iOS Program Developer to build, maintain, and optimise applications for iOS and macOS. You’ll work across Apple’s ecosystem, writing clean and efficient Swift code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring applications perform smoothly, reliably, and at scale.
This role requires strong hands-on experience with Swift, Apple frameworks, and modern app architecture, along with a deep understanding of Apple tools and best practices.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain high-quality Swift applications for iOS and macOSCollaborate with UI/UX, product, and backend teams to deliver new featuresWrite clean, maintainable, and testable code with a focus on performance and scalabilityTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to crashes, memory usage, and app performanceDevelop unit tests, participate in code reviews, and support QA processesStay current with Apple ecosystem updates and best practices
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in iOS and/or macOS developmentStrong proficiency in Swift, including language fundamentals and advanced featuresExperience with key Apple frameworks such as Core Data, UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine, Core AnimationHands-on experience with Xcode, Instruments, and Apple development toolsExperience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, JSON, JWT, and networking frameworks (URLSession or Alamofire)Familiarity with app architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, or similar)Experience using XCTest or similar frameworks for unit/UI testingProficiency with Git version controlBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experiencePortfolio or published work on App Store/GitHub
Nice to Have
Experience with Objective-CKnowledge of Core Graphics, Core Animation, or other graphics frameworksFamiliarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bitrise)Experience with App Store submission, code signing, and provisioningExperience using AI-assisted coding tools to enhance development productivity
