Position Summary

We are looking for a talented candidate to join our Corporate IT team.

The successful candidate will mainly be providing technical support to our APAC sites, including offices and outsource call centers.

This position will also be involved in projects planning, supporting and execution as needed.

 

Responsibilities

· Responds to user requests promptly

· Taking care of all the IT equipment in the office

· Install and configure network & server equipment together with global team

· Manage the Azure and office 365 environment

· Follow and enforce IT & Security policy

· Provide training to users in the use of system and applications

· Logs all support activities in IT ticketing system

· Participating in IT projects including network/system change & office expansion

· Manage the IT inventory, video conference and office security system including CCTV & door access

Requirements

· Excellent communication skills in written & spoken English (Must)

· At least 3 years of experience in IT system administration in MNC or sizable company with total 10+ years of IT experience

· Knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (O365, Azure, Windows OS, AD)

· Knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing and supporting video conferencing system

· Knowledge in networking including TCP/IP, VPN, SDWAN, SIP…etc.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Must be able to work outside normal business hours to perform diagnosis and/or implementation of product releases or changes

· Professional, passionate, innovative, independent, detail-minded, self-motivated kind of person
