Systems Engineer (all gender)

YOU…

• define and manage system requirements for test benches and simulators (according to SoW)
• ensure traceability between requirements, design, and test validation (DO-178C, ARP4754)
• coordinate the integration of mechanical, electrical, and software components into a complete system
• validate system performance against requirements and perform simulations using ANSYS or MATLAB/Simulink
• create test and validation plans including KPIs and success criteria
• conduct risk analyses (FMEA, FTA) and develop mitigation strategies
• ensure compliance with aerospace standards and safety regulations
• analyze test results, document lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

YOU…

• hold a degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a comparable field
• have relevant professional experience in systems engineering with a focus on requirements, integration, and validation in aerospace projects
• are proficient in tools such as ANSYS or MATLAB/Simulink, and familiar with relevant standards (DO-178C, ARP4754)
• bring experience in risk analysis (FMEA, FTA) and compliance
• possess fluent English skills
