Role Overview
We're on the hunt for a dynamic Technical Recruiter with a passion for AI/ML and data science to join our Instructor Hiring team. You’ll identify and onboard top-tier tech talent from leading US companies to join our platform as mentors, driving our community's growth in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
This is a 6-month contractual role.
Shift: 5:00 PM to 2:30/3:00 AM (semi–night shift) - requires some overlap with the US shift.
Responsibilities:
● Hunt for Talent: Leverage your 5-8 years of tech recruitment experience to source and engage elite candidates from tier-1 tech firms.
● Sell the Dream: Use your stellar communication skills to attract and persuade top professionals to join us as mentors.
● End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from first contact to onboarding.
● Tech Savvy: Utilize your knowledge of ML/AI and data science to identify the best candidates and stay ahead of industry trends.
● Sourcing Ninja: Employ cutting-edge headhunting strategies on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter to find and engage with top talent.
Requirements:
● Proven Experience: 5-8 years of tech recruitment experience, specializing in AI/ML and data science roles.
● Sales Persona: Exceptional communication and persuasive skills, with a knack for selling the value of our platform to potential mentors.
● Industry Insight: A strong background in hiring for US product-tech firms, with a keen understanding of industry nuances.
● Tech Enthusiasm: A passion for all things tech, especially AI/ML.
● Flexibility: While this role isn't on US shifts, some overlap with US timelines will be necessary
