We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Expert to join our fully remote, international team and help us build the next generation of talent at GreenTomatoMedia. 🚀
The primary goal for this role is to hire A-talents and improve our quality of hire with every hire.

Key Responsibilities
Own the full recruitment lifecycle
- Lead end-to-end hiring across departments — from tech and marketing to media and operations.
- Design tailored hiring strategies to attract the right profiles for each team and market.
- Source, engage, and nurture top talent globally through proactive headhunting and creative sourcing.
- Maintain and optimize BambooHR ATS pipelines, ensuring clean data and strong candidate visibility.
Partner strategically with hiring managers
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.
- Provide market insights, including salary benchmarks and competition analysis.
- Coach managers on structured interviewing and decision-making to ensure a fair, data-driven process.
Enhance the candidate experience
- Ensure every interaction reflects GTM’s values.
- Communicate transparently and promptly with candidates, maintaining a world-class experience.
- Be an ambassador for GTM’s culture in every conversation — making candidates want to be part of the story.
Optimize and scale our recruitment processes
- Continuously improve workflows for efficiency and quality.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, conversion rates, and quality of hire.
- Document best practices and help the TA team scale sustainably as GTM continues to grow.
Must-Have
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment in fast-growing digital, tech, or iGaming companies
- Proven success hiring across media, marketing, creative, tech, or iGaming functions.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions.
- Experience recruiting for remote-first companies, assuring cultural and communicational fit.
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with BambooHR ATS or similar systems.
