Strategic Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with all Hiring Managers to develop and execute the headcount plan.
Design and implement effective recruitment processes for diverse positions, both Tech and Non-Tech.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a streamlined and efficient approach.
Build and maintain a pool of resources through current and expanding channels to meet hiring demands.
Plan and manage recruitment budgets to ensure cost-effective hiring practices.
Track and report recruitment performance and pipelines to the Head of Department, partners, and Direct Manager.
Manage the Talent Acquisition team by providing mentorship, guidance, and career development to team members.
Oversee the management of the HR system to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Maintain and update the organizational chart to reflect current company structure and roles.
Take other assignments as directed by the Direct Manager.
Employer Branding:
Participate in all regular external activities (events, workshops, job fairs, etc.) to promote the employer brand of the company.
Enhance and extend the company brand on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Maintain relationships with business partners (universities, communities, etc.) for recruitment purposes.
Engage in all company-led employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related fields.
At least 7 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting (Tech and Non Tech), with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and build long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong leadership capabilities, particularly in coaching and guiding team members.
Good critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a focus on collaboration and results.
