person builds teams that perform.
What This Role Owns
Full‑Cycle Recruiting: Run the recruiting process start to finish — sourcing, screening,
interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Proactive Talent Pipeline: Build relationships and identify future leaders across our
markets. We don’t wait for openings.
Culture & Talent Matchmaker: Assess both skill and culture fit. Protect the Davis
standard.
Hiring Manager Partner: Work directly with Regional and Property Managers to
understand real staffing needs and challenge when necessary.
Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate walks away thinking, 'That’s how a
first‑class organization operates.'
Market Awareness: Stay current on compensation trends, staffing challenges, and the
competitive landscape in multifamily.
Portfolio Support: Recruit across a growing portfolio of communities throughout
Florida, Texas, the Carolinas, Colorado, and beyond.
