About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist – China supports hiring for China-based roles by handling sourcing, screening, coordination, and candidate engagement.
This is a hands-on, learning-focused role for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in recruitment. You will work closely with senior TA team members and hiring managers, learning how to hire effectively in the China market through real execution.
What You Will Be Doing
Support end-to-end recruitment for China-based roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
Source candidates using China-native and relationship-driven channels, beyond traditional desktop job boards.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls to assess basic fit, motivation, and communication.
Coordinate interviews, schedules, and feedback between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline data in the ATS.
Support employer branding and referral efforts by engaging candidates professionally and representing BJAK well in the local market.
What You Will Need
Experience in recruitment, HR, coordination, or a related role
Interest in talent acquisition and hiring as a career path
Familiarity with China job platforms and candidate behaviour is a strong plus
Fluent Mandarin; basic working English required
Strong organisation, responsiveness, and attention to detail
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and move fast
(Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome.)
