- Work closely with Line Managers to develop a strong understanding of the open positions and maintain communication regarding vacancy status
- Create enticing job adverts and publish them across multiple job boards in multiple regions using the ATS’ one click publishing tool.
- Execute an appropriate recruitment strategy to source candidates, including using LI for headhunting, ATS and referrals to enable timely, efficient and cost effective filling of vacancies.
- Screen/interview candidates via video calls, and provide shortlists of CVs to line managers
- In conjunction with Talent Acquisition Coordinator, set up interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers.
- Ensure ATS is updated with latest recruitment activity to enable an effective overview of open positions, candidate status, and other metrics (time to fill etc).
- Candidate management throughout the recruitment and selection lifecycle.
- Where appropriate, create talent pipelines for our regularly recruited positions and maintain communications with these pipelines.
- Work with HR and Line Managers to develop compelling offers and secure acceptance of our offers.
- Maintain knowledge of all appropriate laws and regulations governing recruitment activities and ensure company compliance.
- Help refine current recruitment processes or develop new ones where appropriate.
- To gain enough knowledge on competitor information and candidate market to guide Hiring Managers when recruiting
Qualifications
- Demonstrated Talent Acquisition experience gained within a clinical recruitment agency, CRO or pharmaceutical company.
- Strong understanding of Life Science industry ideally within one of the following: Pharmacovigilance, Medical Information, Medical Writing.
- Able to effectively manage multiple recruitment projects across a range of niche skill areas, multi-tasking skills
- First class oral and written communication skills in English. Additional languages are a desirable.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple internal stakeholders including HR, line management and senior leadership.
- Experience using an ATS or CRM system for recruitment
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to self manage and prioritize work effectively.
- Proactive approach to work
- Strong attention to detail
