We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our People & Culture team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in talent acquisition within the luxury hospitality industry.

As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will provide support to the Talent Acquisition team in the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases. You will also help coordinate recruitment activities and assist in employer branding initiatives. This internship offers invaluable experience in all stages of the recruitment process within a world-class hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and sourcing qualified candidates for a variety of roles across Costa Navarino.
  • Help schedule interviews and communicate with candidates regarding application status.
  • Assist in posting job openings across relevant platforms, including social media and job boards.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment documents.
  • Assist with the creation of materials and campaigns to promote Costa Navarino as an employer of choice.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in preparing onboarding materials for new hires.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities.

Requirements

  • ESPA Eligibility: You meet all criteria to be funded under the ESPA Internship Program (e.g., current undergraduate/recent graduate from a Greek University).
  • EU passport/legal right to work in Greece for the duration of the internship.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken) and Greek.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint), with a strong understanding of social media platforms and recruitment tools.
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available for a full-time 40-hour schedule and relocation to Costa Navarino for the duration of the internship.
