Our why
Datacom works with organisations and communities across Australia and New Zealand to make a difference in people’s lives and help organisations use the power of tech to innovate and grow.
About the Role (Your Why)
The Talent Mobility and Security Vetting Associate is responsible for coordinating talent mobility and vetting in accordance with requirements, and in line with policies and procedures. This role analyses information to make assessments and recommendations about clearance suitability. This role would suit a people-oriented professional with an interest in People and Culture, vetting, immigration processes, or an EA looking for a change. As this is a critical business support role, a strong attention to detail is required.
Our NZ team is based in Wellington and we like to bring the team together in person, in the office, at the same time. The role has flexibility for remote work on some days to support work/life balance and wellbeing.
We are an agile company, and we respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders’ changing requirements. This means we evolve in our roles to meet those needs.
