About the Role

At ComplyAdvantage, we are on a mission to eliminate the threat of financial crime. To do that, we need to find the best people—and that’s where you come in.

We have an ambitious hiring roadmap for 2026, and we’re looking for a Talent Sourcer - Go to Market to join our Talent Acquisition team for the next six months. This is the perfect role for someone who is curious, loves a challenge, and wants to learn how a high-growth fintech scales its Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.

You won't just be "filling seats." You’ll be the first point of contact for future ComplyAdvantage team members, helping us build a diverse pipeline of talent that will help us grow across the globe.

What you’ll be doing

  • Hunting for Talent: Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative tools to find "passive" candidates who aren't necessarily looking for a job but would be a great fit for our Commercial teams (Sales, Account Management, Marketing, etc.).

  • Pitching the Vision: Reach out to potential candidates with personalized, thoughtful messages that explain why ComplyAdvantage is the place to be.

  • Diversity & Inclusion: Actively look for ways to ensure our candidate pools are diverse and inclusive, helping us build a team that reflects the world we’re trying to protect.

  • Market Intelligence: Keep your finger on the pulse of the fintech world. Who is hiring? Who is scaling? Where is the best talent hiding?

  • Partnering with Recruiters: Work hand-in-hand with our Full-Cycle Recruiters to understand exactly what "great" looks like for every role you support.

Who you are

  • Early in your journey: You might have 6–18 months of experience in recruitment or sales.

  • A "People Person" on Paper: You know how to engage people and find out what's important to them

  • Resilient & Scrappy: You don't get discouraged if a candidate doesn't reply. You’re happy to try a different angle or a new search string to find the right person.

  • Detail-Oriented: You take pride in keeping our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) clean and your candidate notes organized.

  • Curious: You ask questions. You want to know how the business works so you can "sell" the opportunity more effectively.
