Your Role:

We are looking for a  Talent Sourcer who will live and breathe strategic and creative sourcing at Tenable Israel.
You will be crucial in shaping the company's success by identifying and attracting top-tier talent. You will be responsible for sourcing and headhunting exceptional candidates, building brand awareness, conducting market research, fostering internal community leadership, and enhancing unique talent engagement through various channels (including referrals, LinkedIn, events, and more).

Your Opportunity:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning, including participating in kick-off meetings, and define profile requirements
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates for R&D Roles 
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies
  • Present meaningful reports to stakeholders, including hiring managers, executives, the recruiting team, and management. 
  • Analyze competitor talent acquisition practices and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance Tenable's employer brand
  • Build a positive and engaging referral culture through dedicated 1:1 sourcing sessions and collaborative referral programs with employees.
  • Build the recruiting organization sourcing craftsmanship, and play as the go-to person for anything related to professional sourcing.
  • Create and maintain positive candidate experience through reachouts and conversations. 
  • Leverage sourcing metrics and pipeline data to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously refine strategies for maximum efficiency

What You'll Need:

  • A true passion for sourcing, a creative storytelling flair, and a high level of curiosity.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Sourcer/ Recruiter in a high-tech company
  • Prior experience with LinkedIn Recruiter in deep sourcing, in-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including headhunting and passive candidate engagement
  • Vast knowledge of the high-tech industry, including various company types, technical stacks, and industry trends (Cyber is an advantage)
  • Excellent Market Mapping & Reporting skills, and the ability to apply insights to recruitment strategies
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills - ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple searches simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools (Greenhouse- an advantage)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent English (written and verbal)
