We’re growing and are now looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist / Recruiter to support our hiring efforts and help us find strong tech and leadership talent.
Source top candidates for technical and leadership roles (engineering, security, AI, executive)
Work with AI sourcing + recruiting tools to level up speed and quality
Run high-signal talent research: map niche markets, identify hidden talent pools, track competitor hiring patterns
Bring ideas like: “We should try X tool / new approach this week” — and actually run the experiment
Partner closely with founders and tech leads to calibrate profiles and define what “great” looks like
Own first-touch outreach and candidate communication
Help build Cracken’s reputation as a place where ambitious people want to work
2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting for tech roles
Experience with modern AI sourcing tools (or genuine excitement to master them fast)
Strong LinkedIn + Boolean search skills (you can hunt)
Startup recruiting experience is a big plus
Cybersecurity recruiting experience is a strong plus
Proactive mindset: you don’t wait to be told what to do
Intermediate+ English (written and spoken)
