As our operations continue to grow, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in navigating the complex tax landscape and ensuring our company's compliant with local and international tax regulations. This role is to facilitate a tax function of the legal team and suggests reporting to the Tax Director.

Responsibilities

  • Support tax audits and respond to tax authority inquiries in various jurisdictions;
  • Oversee and coordinate the preparation and submission of personal and corporate tax returns in different jurisdictions
  • Interact with tax consultants in various countries: task assignment, review, and presentation for internal discussions (tax consultancy matters);
  • Handle specific VAT and corporate income tax issues;
  • Review contracts with third-party counterparties from a tax perspective (lease agreements, service contracts, etc.);
  • Manage tax payments in various countries (calculate advance payments, plan cash flows, control payments);
  • Maintain a tax knowledge database (regular updates on relevant group topics in Slack & Notion).

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in international tax consulting or corporate tax roles;
  • Experience with tax compliance and reporting in multiple jurisdictions;
  • Decent understanding of international tax laws and regulations;
  • Strong analytical and research skills for tax-related issues;
  • Ability to review and interpret contracts from a tax perspective;
  • Experience in tax audit support and handling tax authority inquiries;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment;
  • Fluency in English.
